MYDIGGZ

Thank you for using Mydiggz.

This deed contains the terms and conditions of use and service for all Mydiggz services on the relevant platforms including Mydiggz websites and any digital application. (Hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions or Terms of Service or Terms"). It is a binding legal agreement or contract between you and Mydiggz and the Terms and Conditions therein shall govern your use of the websites, applications and all other offerings and services from Mydiggz (collectively, "Mydiggz Platform"). Prior to agreeing to be strictly bound by these Terms and Conditions, you are mandatorily required to carefully read and understand the subject provisions and if possible, to seek any desired clarifications via the channels of communication provided by Mydiggz team.

Mydiggz is a marketplace for house rental services, providing a platform to enable renting of rental property ("Listings") from suppliers on both short and long term. This is the main service offering of Mydiggz Platform. Mydiggz also offers coordinated booking and delivery of rental property support services from suppliers. These include: Host/Landlord support such as cleaning, plumbing, painting, property management (collectively, "Property Management Services"); Tenant support: moving, cleaning; Guest support: pickups, drop-offs, experiences (collectively, "Guest/Tenant Support Services"). Additionally Mydiggz Platform offers advertising and sale of property on MydiggzRealty (collectively, "Listing Selling Service")

Mydiggz Platform enables users("Community Members") to publish, offer, adveritse, search for, and book listings and services. Community Members who publish, offer and advertise listings and services include "hosts and/or landlords, guides, moving companies, realtors, cleaners, landscapers, plumbers, electricians, painters, masons, security firms, architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors," and Community Members who search for, book, or use services are "guests, tenants, hosts and/or landlords".

  1. "Hosts/Landlords" offer and/or advertise accomodation: "Shortterm" accomodation to Guests and "Longterm" tenancy to Tenants through a "Listing".
  2. "Guests" book "Shortterm" accomodation in a "Listing".
  3. "Tenants" book "Longterm" accomodation/residency in a "Listing".
  4. "Guides" offer tour guide services including excursion and events, pickup, drop-off and airport transfer services to "Guests."
  5. "Realtors" advertise "Listings" available for sale.
  6. "Moving Companies" offer moving services to "Tenants".
  7. "Cleaners" offer cleaning services to "Hosts and/or Landlords, and Tenants".
  8. "Landscapers" offer gardening services to "Hosts and/or Landlords".
  9. "Plumbers" offer plumbing services to "Hosts and/or Landlords".
  10. "Electricians" offer electrical installation and maintenance services to "Hosts and/or Landlords".
  11. "Painters" offer painting services to "Hosts and/or Landlords".
  12. "Masons" offer building services to "Landlords".
  13. "Security Firms" offer security services to "Landlords".
  14. "Architects" offer architectural consultation and drawing services to "Landlords".
  15. "Structural Engineers" offer engineering services to "Landlords".
  16. "Quantity Surveyors" offer construction and renovations material costing services to "Landlords".
  17. "Contractors" offer project management services to "Landlords".

Mydiggz may act as a property management agent, only when elected by the Landlord/Host to provide Property Management Services and Mydiggz shall be published as the property manager on the Listing. Mydiggz may publish Listings it owns for sale or may publish Listings owned by a Community Member, when the Community Member appoints Mydiggz as a selling agent. This shall be published on MydiggzRealty. When appointed selling agent, Mydiggz will be published as the selling agent on the Listing. When not expressly published, Mydiggz will be considered not to own, control,offer or manage any Listings or Accomodation services, Guest/Tenant Support Services, Property Management Services or Listing Selling services.

Mydiggz only therefore acts as an agent as specified in the Payment Terms of Service ("Payment Terms") or additionally when expressly appointed and published on the respective listing. As the provider of Mydiggz Platform, Mydiggz is not party to contracts entered into directly between Hosts and/or Landlords as one party and Guests or Tenants as another party. We are also not party to contracts entered into directly between Hosts and any other Community Members. Similarly we are not party to contracts entered into directly between Landlords and any other Community Members. We are not a travel agency or an insurer.

We maintain other terms and policies that supplement these Terms like our Privacy Policy, which describes our collection and use of personal data, and our Payment Terms, which govern any payment services provided to Community Members by Mydiggz Platform.
